~ Fruit Scones ~ 2 Cups All Purpose Flour, 1/4 Cup Sugar, 4 tsp Baking Powder, 1/2 tsp Salt, 1/4 Cup Cold Butter, 1 Cup Dried Cranberries, 1 Egg, 2/3 Cup Milk. Mix dry ingredients in large bowl. Cut in butter until crumbly. Stir in fruit. Make a well in the centre. In small bowl, beat egg till frothy. Stir in milk. Stir wet ingredients into flour mixture with a fork to form soft dough. On lightly floured surface, knead 8 -10 times. Divide into 2. Divide each lump into 6, shape. Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 425 degrees F for 15 min.
