This is the dining room. This rooom is straight ahead past the sitting room as you enter the Lodge from the front door. All meals were served family style. Breakfast standards were 3 kinds of cereal, coffee (regular & decaf), 2 kinds of juice, milk, oatmeal, bacon (thick slices, not that skinny crap), and either eggs, pancakes, or french toast depending on the day. Lunches were pitchers of water (best water I've ever had straight from the tap), iced tea, lemonade, and 1 day we had soup & sandwiches, another open faced tuna melts, pizza (1st time at the ranch), etc. Dinners were fabulous; pork roast, shrimp & grits (I believe the meal was tailored since there were 3 families from the South), cat fish, & spagetti & chicken parmasian. As you can tell, we ate well. Almost forgot - each dinner had some kind of home made bread. How could I forget that!
